WELCOME TO OUR FLIGHT WEBSITE
The Order of Daedalians is a national fraternity of
military pilots. The Order was organized on 26 March, 1934, by a
representative group of American World War I pilots to perpetuate the
spirit of patriotism, the love of country, and the high ideals of
sacrifice which place service to nation above personal safety or
position.
We are perhaps the only
organization whose philanthropic expenditures are devoted 100% to
encouraging young people to become military pilots and to pursue a
career in military aviation. We provide scholarships to promising young
men and women for that purpose.
The Ben T. Epps Flight 102
(Atlanta, Georgia) was chartered on January 22, 2003. Our flight
currently meets on the third Tuesday of every even month. Unless
posted otherwise, our meetings take place at the Fort McPherson
community club called The Commons. Click on the
Meetings link to get details for the meeting dates, location,
guest speaker and dinner reservation information. View the
Flight Info link for contact information, our Flight Member
roster and more information about our flight. The
FCIF link is our effort to keep flight members informed on
flight activities and any other information pertinent to The Order.
If you are already a Daedalian and would like to rekindle your
participation, contact one of the flight officers. We would like to
have you in our flight and see you at our meetings. If you are not a
Daedalian but would be interested in joining this great organization,
navigate to Interested in joining link for more
details or contact one of our members.
