12 February 2008 Meeting

Our first meeting of ‘08 certainly set the bar high for the remainder of our meetings this year.  Georgia Army National Guard and Fellow Flight Member Brent Bracewell, Col, USA gave a presentation that made us all feel proud to know him and have him as a fellow Daedalian. 

Brent’s “tip of the sword” slide presentation on the 1/171^st Aviation Battalion’s deployment to Iraq for Operation Iraq Freedom II was both educational and uplifting.   For those of us no longer in uniform, it was sure nice to be in the room with this professional and to see how he proudly supports and defends our country.  Where’s the nearest recruiter?
